The traditional first year wedding anniversary present is paper, so what better way to give you paper, than to give you a book? Because I know this is something we both will need. Plus, it's actually pretty funny (and sometimes practical) and I know you find it amusing when I insist on instruction manuals for everything, so I thought you'd think this was funny.
Now, I know you are already going to be the coolest Dad on the block, but come on, if I have to stock up on the Mom books, you get the Dad ones, right?
Plus, I already know you don't need instructions on Dad Jokes. You already have those down, 100% (and I love you for it).
So the
"modern" first wedding anniversary gift is a clock.
When I saw this watch, I knew you had to have it.
Because you have always been the one to look to the sky for more opportunities, and you have always been
the one who just has this love and joy for science that I haven't seen in anyone else.
